On fat

With the low-carb craze, many people is interested in fat. Eat more and think key to an end. Depending on what type of fat consumed, and how are fatty helpful or harmful to health.

There are three main types of fat. They are saturated, polyunsaturated and acidic trans fat. Saturated fat comes mainly from animal sources, such as meat and dairy products. Saturated fats are solid at room temperature. Unsaturated fats come primarily from sources such as olives and nuts from plants and contain no cholesterol. They are liquids (petroleum), at room temperature. Unsaturated fats are broken down in monounsaturated fatty acids (a double bond) or polyunsaturated (more than a double bond).

You may be issues, what a saturated and unsaturated fat. A molecule is composed of carbon atoms with combined with hydrogen atoms to FAT (without too much chemical).

All atoms of carbon saturated fat have a link to an another atom of carbon and also in the context of the hydrogen atoms. Not all carbon atoms with hydrogen atoms form double bonds between the carbon atoms are saturated by unsaturated fatty acids. The role carbon double bond determined is the properties of the fat.

Trans fats are artificial fats. It was a polyunsaturated fats and put hydrogen by him in a process called hydrogenation. Trans fats are harmful to their health.
